About This Fundraiser

Hey guys so I will be running in a 10k for a really cool group called Oak Tree Project. I know I am a little late with this because I was fasting from social media and forgot. but this run/fundraising is not only to help out the Oak Tree Project fund their scholarship, but to raise awareness on the huge issue of human trafficking and the darkness behind it. I know that this issue is not brought up enough, but its just a darkness waiting to be shined on by God's light.

So the elevator pitch from Oak Tree is this "“Oak Tree Project is a scholarship fund and mentoring program for Korean orphans who get into college. Korean orphans are on their own after they graduate from high school and are in great need of financial and emotional support. This program enables them to succeed and keeps them accountable until they graduate.”

And I hope you guys will join me in Running Against Trafficking.

Please pray for the
1) Human trafficking issue in Korea - that it would be brought to light and that people will be saved from this horrible crime
2) Oak Tree Project - that these kids will get the love and support needed to thrive under God's care

and if you have time, pray that i can finish this race and that i dont die if i do ^_^

PS. If you are from the states don't let the zeroes of the won scare you. 1000 won is about 1 dollar
