About This Fundraiser

Hello!

I'm a SM stationed in Yongsan Garrison. My wife (Nayeon) and I have learned about this great project this year through the local church we are attending. This is our first time participating in RATK (Ride Against Traffick Korea). The RATK is about cycling from Busan to Seoul over the Chuseok Holiday, from October 6-9, in an effort to raise awareness of human trafficking and raise funds to help and support the two organizations; Hope Be Restored - anti-trafficking organization based in Seoul www.hopeberestored.org and Oak Tree Project - scholarship/mentorship program for orphan college students www.oaktreeproject.com.

RATK is not only a bike ride to raise awareness of human trafficking, but also heavily focused on prayer. Sowing seeds of prayer as we travel across Korea, and by nightly prayer meetings, which we believe will impact Korea immensely.

The ride costs are paid completely by the participants and sponsors, so 100% of proceeds will directly go to the two organizations. Please join us in this movement through your prayer and donations.

About Ride Against Traffick 2017

The Ride Against Traffick is a four day, 550km bike ride from Busan to Seoul intended to raise awareness of the problem of human trafficking in South Korea and to fight it.

Your donations will go to two great organizations who are actively working to combat this modern-day evil: Hope Be Restored, which is one of the leading anti-trafficking ministries in Korea, and Oak Tree Project, which is a scholarship and mentoring program for orphans in Korea. The ride costs are paid completely by the participants and sponsors, so 100% of the money we receive from your donation will go straight to these organizations.
