Amy's First Ride Against Traffick

About This Fundraiser
Hi,
My name is Amy Loi and I have been living in Korea for more than 4 years as a student, but I have never been told about human trafficking as a problem in Korea until I heard about RATK (Ride Against Traffick) through my church. There are over 500,000 women being trapped in sex industry in Korea, mostly helpless orphans or single moms. But I believe there is hope!
This is my first time participating in RATK. With 23 cyclists and 19 support crew, I am going to bike from Busan to Seoul over the Chuseok Holiday, from 6th to 9th October, to raise awareness of human trafficking and raise funds. 100% of the fund will go directly to Oak Tree Project, which is a scholarship & mentorship program for orphan college students (www.oaktreeproject.com), and Hope Be Restored, which is an anti-trafficking organization based in Seoul (www.hopeberestored.org).
While we are biking, we will be also focusing a lot on prayers as if we are sowing seeds over this peninsular. Please consider to join me in this movement through your prayer and donations!
Thank you!

About Ride Against Traffick 2017
The Ride Against Traffick is a four day, 550km bike ride from Busan to Seoul intended to raise awareness of the problem of human trafficking in South Korea and to fight it.
Your donations will go to two great organizations who are actively working to combat this modern-day evil: Hope Be Restored, which is one of the leading anti-trafficking ministries in Korea, and Oak Tree Project, which is a scholarship and mentoring program for orphans in Korea. The ride costs are paid completely by the participants and sponsors, so 100% of the money we receive from your donation will go straight to these organizations.
